David Hoffmann is the founder of Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate and is the largest commercial property owner in Naples. "We only invest in places that we like to visit," Mr. Hoffmann said after his family has vacationed in the area many times. He and his wife Jerri relocated to Naples 4 years ago and have since invested in over 20 properties in and around Old Naples. The Hoffmanns acquired The Naples Princess Cruises, The Bevy, Naples Transportation & Tours, GlobalWorks, Hoffmann Executive Suites, Sunmaster, Signs & Things, Hoffmann Creative Agency, Adelheidi's, Event Lux, Wedding Lux, Coral Cay Adventure Golf (LOI), and Kaleidoscope Florist (LOI).
David Hoffmann owns more than 90 properties from Florida to California and is the founder of Osprey Capital, a holding company of a variety of businesses outside of Naples including DHR International and Jobplex, both headquartered in Chicago as well as Orange Line Oil headquartered in Los Angeles. The family has operations at 150 locations throughout the world.
Mr. Hoffmann is a big advocate and supporter of Naples, its people, businesses, and philanthropic efforts and plans to continue enhancing the local community with future investments. David is married to his high school sweetheart and has three children and ten grandchildren.
